All logged-in Tonton users can view and browse the Tonton Rewards page. However, to claim rewards, you must have an active TontonUp subscription that meets the specific eligibility criteria — either plan-based or duration-based, depending on the reward.

This means certain rewards are only available to users on specific TontonUp plans (e.g. 1-Month, 3-Month, or 12-Month). Each reward may require a minimum remaining subscription period based on your current plan.

This refers to rewards that unlock based on the total remaining active subscription days, regardless of plan type. If you have stacked multiple TontonUp plans, your combined remaining days are used to determine eligibility.

Simply click the “Copy” icon next to the voucher code. This action marks the reward as claimed, and the code will be saved in your “My Rewards” history for future reference.

You can find all your claimed rewards and voucher codes in the “My Rewards” section of your Tonton account dashboard.
